The Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) also issued a statement on Saturday afternoon confirming the assassination of advisory forces in an Israeli strike on Syria.
Once again, the evil and criminal Zionist regime invaded Damascus, the capital of Syria, the IRGC statement read, Mehr reported.
The statement added during the Israeli attack, several Syrian forces were also martyred.
In a similar air strike, Israel assassinated Razi Mousavi, a top military advisor in Damascus on December 25.
