TEHRAN- A ceremony attended by Iranian Army Ground Forces Commander Brigadier General Kiomars Heidari marked the addition of tank trailers to the Army's transport fleet, bolstering its mobility and agility.

The addition of these specialized trailers marks a significant step in enhancing the Army's ability to transport heavy military equipment, enabling it to respond effectively to a wider range of missions.

Brigadier General Mohammad Davoud Saremi, deputy head of the Army's Preparedness and Support section, emphasized the Army's preparedness to undertake any task, noting that its ground force units, particularly the rapid reaction units equipped with advanced heavy and ultra-heavy vehicles, are ready to fulfill their roles with competence.

He attributed this enhanced capability to the Army's strategic planning and the successful implementation of the Zul-Janah plan, a key initiative under the Labik Nezaja plans.

Saremi highlighted the Army's commitment to maintaining adequate ammunition reserves, stating that all ammunition stored in open areas has been transferred to secure ammunition depots, ensuring the Army's readiness for any eventuality.

This significant upgrade to the Iranian Army Ground Forces' transport capabilities further demonstrates the country's dedication to maintaining a strong and capable defense force.
