The storm that shook the foundation of Western civilization

December 8, 2023 - 19:59

TEHRAN- For a civilization to thrive, it must excel in both software and hardware dimensions. The former refers to the values and beliefs that define a society, while the latter pertains to its technological advancements and material resources.

The West has long championed these two dimensions, using its technological prowess and cultural values to expand its influence across the globe. Western values, such as human rights, democracy, and the rule of law, are considered essential to the success of its civilization. However, recent events have called into question the validity of these values.

Western values are the most fundamental software aspect of its civilization and Westerners’ strength or weakness will affect the entire structure of this civilization.

These values, which are made from within the system, have such importance that from the point of view of a Western elite, fighting for these values is considered "holy"!

The author of this note argues that the actions of Zionists, backed by the West, after the Al-Aqsa Storm Operation in Gaza, have irreparably damaged Western values and civilization. The killing of thousands of innocent women and children contradicts the notion of human rights, while the displacement of over a million people goes against the principle of equality.

The falseness of Western values, which has been recently revealed, has caused an unprecedented number of gatherings to take place in various cities such as London, Berlin, and Barcelona.

The failure of Western values is more significant than the military defeat of the Zionist regime.

killing several thousand women and children in the most heinous way and still advocating human rights is a deep contrast.

It is not logical to displace more than a million people and still talk about equality, and you can no longer keep the flag of democracy flying when you forcefully displace people whose ancestors were in this land.
Therefore, the Zionist regime experienced a much worse software defeat compared with its hardware failure.

The stances of Western thinkers, including 94-year-old Jurgen Habermas, who defended the actions of the Zionist regime, contribute to the collapse of Western values.

When the so-called German thinker has the same thoughts as the Zionists and closes his eyes to the martyrdom of more than 17,000 and the displacement of nearly 2,000,000 oppressed and innocent people, in fact, he accelerates the collapse of Western values.

The talk over "de-Americanization" in the region today is the result of the collapsed values of the West in the eyes of public opinion.

As a result, those who once supported Western policies can no longer advocate these policies as before. So, this will undoubtedly impact the removal of America from the region.
