Iran judiciary chief slams Israeli attacks on Gaza as historically 'unprecedented'
TEHRAN – The Head of Iran’s Judiciary, Gholamhossein Mohseni-Ejei, on Tuesday slammed Israel’s continuous attacks against the Gaza Strip, saying the regime is committing crimes barely witnessed throughout history.
“The crimes that arrogant powers in the world, led by the United States, are committing in Gaza are unprecedented in history. However, the powerful forces of Hamas and other Palestinian resistance groups continue to stand firm even in the face of such heinous acts,” stated the official.
The judiciary chief added that Iranians’ resistance against the arrogant powers in the past decades, has further encouraged Palestinians to stand their ground. “The resistance forces in Palestine have brought the global arrogance to its knees,” noted Ejei.
Israeli onslaughts against Gaza have killed almost 13,000 Palestinians since October 7. The regime has mainly been targeting women and children sheltering in hospitals, schools, and refugee camps, while justifying the large number of civilian deaths as “collateral damage.”
