TEHRAN- Mohammad-Hadi Sobhanian was selected as the new head of the Iranian National Tax Administration (INTA) in a cabinet meeting on Sunday evening.

Sobhanian, who was previously the deputy minister of finance and economic affairs, was proposed to the cabinet by Finance and Economic Affairs Minister Ehsan Khandouzi as the new head of the INTA.

He replaced Davoud Manzour, who was appointed by the president as the new head of Planning and Budget Organization (PBO) on Sunday.
