TEHRAN – During the 29th meeting of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA)’s Energy and Environment Committee which was held in Tehran on Wednesday, the process of reviewing and assessing the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts’ templates and documents was discussed.

In the meeting, which was attended by representatives of the Oil Ministry and the private sector, the two sides stressed cooperation between the private sector and the oil ministry in the process of amending the mentioned contracts.

Engineering, procurement, and construction contracts are a form of contract used to undertake construction works by the private sector on large-scale and complex infrastructure projects.
