Iran to meet Bosnia and Herzegovina at 2022 Sitting Volleyball World Championship final

TEHRAN – Holders Iran and hosts Bosnia and Herzegovina will meet in the men’s final at the Sitting Volleyball World Championship on Friday after both enjoyed straight games wins in their last-four encounters.

Iran swept into the final in straight games winning 25-20, 25-20, 25-15 against Brazil.

Bosnia and Herzegovina sealed their place in a home final at the Hills Arena in Sarajevo after overcoming Egypt 25-13, 25-19, 25-20.

Both nations are undefeated throughout the tournament.

Brazil and Egypt will play in the bronze medal match.

Germany will meet the U.S. for fifth and sixth, Kazakhstan take on Ukraine for seventh and eighth, Croatia face Iraq for ninth and tenth, Poland meet Canada for 11th and 12th, the Netherlands play Rwanda for 13th and 14th and Serbia meet Japan for 15th and 16th.
