Heads of government branches hold meeting

TEHRAN – The heads of the three branches of the Iranian government held a meeting hosted by President Ayatollah Ebrahim Raisi.

The development of the interactions of the three branches and the synergy of all elements of the governance system in order to overcome the existing problems and progress of the country was the most important agenda of the meeting of the heads of the three branches, according to the official website of the Iranian presidency.

The meeting was attended by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf and Judiciary chief Mohsen Ejei. 

In the Saturday meeting of the heads of the three branches, which was hosted by Ayatollah Raisi, they discussed the process of developing the seventh development plan by the government, and the President informed the completion of this plan in the near future and its delivery to the Islamic Consultative Assembly at the appointed time.

In this meeting, the President also described his trip to Kazakhstan and participation in the 6th CICA Summit, and pointed out the great potential of economic cooperation and the fields of interaction with Asian countries and announced the government's efforts to develop relations in this area

At the end of the meeting, the heads of the three branches emphasized the need for quick and accurate handling of the cases of recent riots.
