TEHRAN – Iranian Deputy Oil Minister for International Affairs Ahmad Asadzadeh met with Ambassador of Belarus to Tehran Dmitry Koltsov on Monday to discuss ways of expanding energy ties between the two countries, Shana reported.

In this meeting, it was decided that Vladimir Sizovof, deputy head of Belarus state oil company Belneftekhim, should soon travel to Tehran to hold talks with his Iranian counterpart.

Vladimir Maki, the Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs, is also due to pay a three-day visit to Tehran on top of a high-ranking delegation on October 2.
