TEHRAN – Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has held phone conversations with EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini as well as his counterparts from Germany, Sweden and Denmark to discuss the nuclear deal and other issues.

Speaking with Denmark’s Anders Samuelsen, Zarif discussed the recent claim by the Danish police with regards to a terrorist operation in Denmark, Foreign Ministry website reported.

While rejecting the baseless allegation, Zarif pointed to attempts by the Israeli regime to deal a blow to relations between Iran and European countries and harm Europe’s initiative to preserve the Iran nuclear deal.

He also said Tehran stands ready to work with Danish security authorities to shed light on the conspiracy and reveal the reality.
