TEHRAN – Austrian Foreign Minister Karin Kneissl has said the Iran nuclear deal, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), is an important deal for the security of the region.

Austria feels a special responsibility for Iran nuclear deal since the agreement was signed in Austria, IRNA quoted Kneissl as saying.

She also pointed to her bilateral meeting with Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on the sidelines of UN General Assembly (UNGA), saying constructive talks were held with the Iranian side on the implementation of the JCPOA.
