What’s in Tehran art galleries

* An exhibition of illustrations by a large group of artists is underway at Laleh Gallery. 

The exhibit titled “The Endless Tale” runs until August 14 at the gallery located on Fatemi St., near Laleh Park.


Painting

* An exhibition of paintings by Hunaz Afaqi, Mahjub Zohurian, Hamid Khayyamzadeh, Ali Qotbi and Anhita Mohebali is underway at Mah-e Mehr Gallery.

The exhibit named “Blue, Yellow, Red” will run until August 13 at the gallery located at 7 Nilufar Alley, off Africa Ave.

* Paintings by the members of Jerf Group are on display in an exhibition at the Idea Gallery.

The exhibit will continue until August 1 at the gallery located at 26, 18th St. off Sanai St., Karim Khan Ave.

* White Line Gallery is displaying paintings by Alaleh Amini in an exhibition named “That Side of the Wall”.

The exhibit will be running until August 6 at the gallery located at 22 Parvin Alley, off Jame Jam St. off Vali-e Asr Ave.


Multimedia

* Sheis Gallery is showcasing paintings, photos and sculptures by a group of artists in an exhibition entitled “Revealment”.

The exhibit will run until August 1 at the gallery located at Shirzad Alley, near Daneshju Park.

* An exhibition of drawings and paintings by Hassani Kalhoripur, Rozita Hajian, Shayesteh Soltani, Yalda Rasuli, Saba Changizi, Ali Amini, Parna Mardani, Setareh Ammari, Pantea Farhangjavid and Maryam Hadian is underway at Sherveh Gallery.

The exhibition will run until August 1 at the gallery located at 9 Khojasteh Alley, Daemi St. off Fatemi St.


Calligraphic painting

* Saless Gallery is displaying calligraphic paintings by a group of artists in an exhibition entitled “Against All Odds”.

The exhibit will run until July 31 at the gallery located at 148 Karim Khan Ave.

* Homa Jaberizadeh is showcasing her latest calligraphic paintings in an exhibition at Persian Idea Gallery.

The exhibit entitled “The Event of Love” will run until August 1 at the gallery, which can be found at 28 Azar Alley, Kolahduz St., Shariati Ave.

* An exhibition of portraits of Iranian people by photographer Kurosh Yazdani is currently underway at Shokuh Gallery.

The exhibition will run until August 1 at the gallery located at 19 Amir Nuri Alley, North Salimi St. near Andarzgu Blvd.
