Finnish envoy hails Iran-Finland ties after JCPOA

TEHRAN – Finnish Ambassador to Tehran Keijo Norvanto said on Saturday that trade relations between Iran and Finland has grown since the implementation of the nuclear deal, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Norvanto expressed the hope that cooperation between the two countries will further expand over next years, IRNA reported.

Finland wants closer trade relations with Tehran in different industrial fields, Ambassador Norvanto said. 

He said Iran provides a major market for oil and petrochemical industries which Finland can build upon for increasing ties.
