Non-oil exports up 15.5% in a quarter on year

TEHRAN- Iran exported $11.618 billion of non-oil products during the three-month period from March 21 to June 21, with 15.5 percent rise from $10.052 billion in the same time span of the past year, according to Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA).

IRICA data showed that gas condensate valued at $1.558 billion, liquefied propane worth $534 million, low-density oils and their byproducts except for gasoline valued at $490 million, and polyethylene film grade valued at $306 million were the main exported products during the mentioned period of time, IRNA reported.
China, United Araba Emirates (UAE), Iraq, Afghanistan, and South Korea were the main export markets of Iranian non-oil goods during the three-month period.
Iran imported $11.253 billion of non-oil products in the mentioned time span, with 2.76 percent fall from the figure of last year.
Auto parts worth $541 million, corn as livestock food valued at $436 million, rice worth $375 million, and soy bean valued at $373 million were the major imported products and China, UAE, South Korea, Germany and Turkey were the main exporters of goods to Iran during the three-month period.
