TEHRAN – Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, a senior foreign policy advisor to the parliament speaker, says the Saudi-led blockade on Yemen is aimed at forcing Yemeni people to give up under starvation.
“Under KSA-UAE-US-Zionists’ occupying war against Yemenis, humanitarian disaster is rife,” Amir-Abdollahian tweeted on Saturday, Mehr reported.
“The invaders lost the Yemen battlefield, but want to compel Yemenis to give up by occupying Hodeidah and cutting their bread & water,” he remarked.
He also said that future “would belong to Yemenis and Yemen would be quagmire for the invaders.”
