Iran, Germany explore ways of expanding energy ties

TEHRAN – Iran and Germany’s energy ministers met on Thursday and discussed ways of mutual cooperation, the official website of Iranian Energy Ministry (known as PAVEN) reported.
During the meeting, Germany’s Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy Peter Altmaier who received Iranian Energy Minister Reza Ardakanian in Berlin mentioned that over 120 German companies are currently active in Iran.
The official further expressed hope that the two sides explore ways of maintaining the mutual economic cooperation in the future talks.
