TEHRAN- Iranian Transport Minister Abbas Akhoundi inaugurated six development projects in the southern Iranian island of Qeshm on Friday morning, IRNA reported.

The projects included construction of five docks and a breakwater, the report said.

Qeshm Island is located a few kilometers off the southern coast of Iran, in the Strait of Hormuz, where one of the major Iranian free trade zones is located.
