Cédric Bannel’s crime thriller novels to appear in Persian

TEHRAN – Iranian translator Abolfazl Allahdadi is currently working on French author Cédric Bannel’s crime trilogy.

The translation of “L’homme de Kaboul” (The Man of Kabul) and the sequel “BAAD” (Bad) has been completed, the Tehran-based publisher Negah that will publish the collection announced on Monday. 

Allahdadi is currently working on the last part of the trilogy “Kaboul Express” (Kabul Express).

The stories center on an Afghan policeman in Kabul where Bannel, who is also a businessman, has had many visits when he served as a French councilor.
