TEHRAN- The 11th International Flour and Bakery Industry Exhibition (ibex 2017) will start operation on Thursday with participation of 139 Iranian and 38 foreign companies, Tasnim news agency reported on Wednesday.

The four-day exhibition, which is the biggest bakery show in the Middle East, will host representatives from 11 countries including France, Turkey, Germany, Poland, South Korea, Italy, Austria, Sweden, England, China, and the United Arab Emirates at Tehran International Permanent Fairgrounds.
