TEHRAN – Iran’s Navy commander on Monday afternoon left Tehran for Malaysia to attend International Maritime Security Symposium 2017 (IMSS).

Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari is participating at the event by heading a naval delegation, including some of his deputies, the Islamic Republic News Agency reported.

The Indian Ocean Naval Symposium (IONS) and Western Pacific Naval Symposium (WPNS) member-states will take part in the three-day forum.
