TEHRAN – A Russian Navy fleet, on the third and last day of its presence in Iranian waters, carried out a joint naval exercise with an Iranian flotilla in the Caspian Sea on Saturday, Mehr reported.

In line with strengthening friendly relations and development of maritime interactions between Caspian Sea littoral states, the fifth naval fleet of the Russian Navy moored at Bandar Anzali port of Iran on Thursday.

Paykan missile boats of the Iranian Navy participated in the joint exercise.
