Italian Serie A1 volleyball club BluVolley Verona has showed interest in signing Iranian outside hitter Mohammadjavad Manavinezhad.

Manavinezhad was on fire stringing up 26 points to become the best scorer of the Iran and Argentina match in the 2017 FIVB World League week 2 but he was forced to leave the court after tearing his muscle.

The good performance of Manavinezhad has caught the eye of Serbia and BluVolley Verona coach Nikola Grbic.

Manavinezhad made his debut for Iran national volleyball team in the game against the U.S. in the 2015 World League.

He invited to Iran national team by Slobodan Kovac.
