Fajr lineup for Retrospective of Baltic Cinema announced

TEHRAN – The 35th Fajr International Film Festival announced the lineup for the Retrospective of Baltic Cinema on Wednesday.
Seven movies from Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia will be reviewed in the program.
The lineup includes “Exiled” by Davis Simanis, “The Chronicles of Melanie” by Viestur Kairish and “Dream Team 1935” by Aigars Grauba, all from Latvia.
Two films by Lithuanian filmmakers have also been selected for the retrospective. The films are “Kings’ Shift” by Ignas Miskinis and “The Excursionist” by Audrius Juzenas.
“The Spy and the Poet” by Toomas Hussar and “In the Crosswind” by Martti Helde, both from Estonia, are also among the films.
The 35th Fajr International Film Festival will be running from April 21 to 28.
