Exports from PSEEZ up 41% in 11 months yr/yr

TEHRAN- The value of exports from Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ) in Iran’s southwestern port city of Assaluyeh stood at $13.586 billion during the first eleven months of the current Iranian calendar year (March 20, 2016-February18, 2017), with 41 percent rise from the figure of the same period of time in the preceding year, according to Mehdi Yousefi, the managing director of PSEEZ Organization.

He also put the weight of products exported from the zone at 31.014 million tons during the mentioned time, showing 22 percent growth from the same time in the preceding year, Shana reported.

The official further said that the value and weight of gas condensate exports from the zone witnessed 44 percent and 61 percent growth, to stand at $6.394 billion and 15.942 million tons, respectively, during the eleven-month period compared to the same time span in the past year.

He also put the worth and weight of non-oil products exported from the zone at $7.192 billion and over 15 million tons in the mentioned period.
