Iran to unveil domestically made stone centrifuge soon

TEHRAN – Iran is going to officially unveil its first domestically made stone centrifuge on April 9, the director of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran has said.

According to Ali Akbar Salehi, the centrifuge is going to be delivered to the Oil Research Institute after inauguration, Mehr news agency reported on Wednesday.

The centrifuge will be used to determine the porosity of stones so that water, oil, or gas reserves can be measured, Salehi explained.
