TEHRAN- Necessary measures are being taken to receive some of the new aircrafts from Turboprop maker ATR in near future, Tasnim news agency reported on Friday, quoting CEO of Civil Aviation Organization of Iran (CAO) Ali Abedzadeh as saying.

ATR has completed commercial negotiations with Iran Air for the sale of at least 20 aircrafts and expects to be able to sign a contract very soon, the head of the Franco-Italian aircraft maker said in late January, Reuters reported at the time.
