TEHRAN- Iran’s trade balance with the Czech Republic and Denmark has been positive in favor of the two European countries during the past years, and an Iranian trade delegation left Tehran on Sunday morning for a six-day visit to the named countries to improve level of Iran’s exports to each of them in future, IRNA reported.

The delegation, headed by Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA) Chairman Masoud Khansari, is comprised of representatives from 30 Iranian companies active in various fields including industrial and mineral equipment, heavy industries, medical instruments, renewable energies, environment, and etc.  
During the first nine months of the current Iranian calendar year (March 20, 2016- December 20, 2017), Iran exported above $2.68 million commodities to Czech and imported more than $25.11 million of goods from that country. Accordingly, Iran’s balance of trade with Czech equals to about minus $23 million which is not in favor of the Islamic country.
During the said period, Iran exported above $6.63 million of goods to Denmark, while level of imports stood at more than $141.77 million. i.e. negative trade balance for Iran.
