TEHRAN – Iran’s consul general in Pakistan’s Quetta and the chancellor of Baluchistan University have called for boosting academic cooperation between Tehran and Islamabad.
During a meeting on Thursday, Chancellor Javid Iqbal told the consul general that Pakistan is ready to send students at various levels to the universities to Iranian Sistan-Baluchestan province to complete their dissertations, Mehr reported.
He said two memoranda of understanding were signed nine years ago by the universities but they have not been implemented for various reasons.
