TEHRAN – Following the Indonesian President Joko Widodo’s visit to Iran, an Iran-Indonesia business forum is due to be held in the building of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) on December 14 and 15.

According to ICCIMA’s portal, the forum aims for development of economic ties between the two countries. Active Iranian and Indonesian businessmen and entrepreneurs are to attend the event.
Last week, in a meeting with Chairman of Indonesia’s People's Consultative Assembly Zulkifli Hasan in Tehran, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani called for expansion of trade ties with Indonesia and stronger cooperation in the oil and gas industry and engineering projects.
