TEHRAN – The Iranian Majlis speaker’s advisor in international affairs has said the U.S. is the biggest hurdle on the way of a solution to the Syrian conflict.

The American-led military coalition fighting against the Syrian army is illegal, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian was quoted by Jamaran website as saying on Wednesday.

Elsewhere, he said neither has Iran given any weapons to Yemen nor do Yemenis need Iran’s weapons.

He also said Hilary Clinton’s insistence on no-flight zone in Syria is aimed at compartmentalizing Syria.
