Tehran institute to review Valerie Fritsch’s “Wintry Garden”

TEHRAN – “Wintry Garden” written by young Austrian author Valerie Fritsch will be reviewed during a meeting at Tehran’s Book City Institute on Wednesday.

Fritsch is scheduled to attend the meeting to read an excerpt from her novel, and veteran Iranian translator Ali-Asghar Haddad will also deliver a speech.

“Wintry Garden” is Fritsch’s latest novel published in 2015. Her first novel “Incarnation” was published in 2011.

She has won several prizes including the Kelag Prize of the Festival of German-Language Literature in 2015.
