Iran exports oil byproducts for first time

TEHRAN - For the first time in the 110-year old history of Iran’s oil industry, the country has reached a stable level of oil byproducts exports, Shana reported on Tuesday.
Deputy Oil Minister and CEO of the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC) Abbas Kazemi told Shana that Iran has finally transformed from importer of oil byproducts to an exporter.
According to the official, Iran has exported 50 million liters of fuel oil and 14 million liters of gasoil during Iranian calendar month of Tir (June 21-July 21) whereas the country used to import gasoil two years ago.
