BOGOTA Colombian authorities have captured an Israeli drug smuggler who has been convicted in France and is wanted in his home country, Holland and Switzerland, judicial officials said Thursday. Gabriel Kenigsberger, 40, was arrested Wednesday in a luxury apartment in the northern part of Bogota along with two other people, according to the public prosecutor's office. Kenigsberger was convicted in absentia and sentenced to 20 years in prison for narcotics trafficking by a French court in Marseille in November, Colombian prosecutors said.
