Iran-Tunisia economic meeting slated for June

TEHRAN – Iran and Tunisia agreed to hold the 11th meeting of their joint economic commission in Tunisia in June.

The decision was made during the meeting between Tunisian ambassador to Iran Hatam al-Sa`em and Iranian Commerce Minister Mehdi Ghazanfari in Tehran on Sunday.
The 10th meeting of Iran-Tunisia Joint Economic Commission was held in Tehran in March 2009, IRNA news agency reported.
Tehran and Tunis trade value stood at $53 million in the 11-month period ended February 19, 2009. Iran’s exports to Tunisia accounted for $7.1 million of the mentioned amount
