TEHRAN -- The Isfahan Museum of Contemporary Art is hosting the exhibition “Persian Gardens”, which will open on Saturday.

In collaboration with the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art (TMCA) and the Visual Office of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the exhibition will be set up to display aerial photos, historical documents, and architectural plans of 17 Iranian gardens, said TMCA official Ehsan Aqaii.
The gardens include Chehel-Sotun in Isfahan, Fin in Kashan, Eram and Delgosha in Shiraz, Shahzadeh in Mahan, Dowlatabad in Yazd, Golshan in Tabas, and Shahgoli in Tabriz.
“Persian Gardens” depicts an image of heaven where old memoirs of different Iranian ethnic nationalities lie, and in the mind of every individual Iranian there lies a garden. The month-long exhibit helps showcase part of this pleasant world.
