Parliament receives periodic report on nuclear deal

TEHRAN – Iran’s Foreign Ministry has submitted the sixth quarterly report to the parliament on the process of the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), the official name for the nuclear deal between Iran, six world powers and the European Union.

The report, which was submitted to the Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Committee on Monday, briefs the lawmakers on the implementation of the deal, as well as its impacts on the country’s nuclear program and economy, and the other parties’ commitment to the deal over the past three months.
