Zanganeh, Novak to meet in Tehran on Tuesday

TEHRAN- Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh and Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak will meet in Tehran on Tuesday (December 13) to hash out expansion of bilateral oil ties, ILNA reported.

Heading a 300-member trade delegation Novak will leave Moscow for Tehran to attend the 13th Iran-Russia Joint Economic Committee meeting from December 11 to 13.
Iranian Communications and Information Technology Minister Mahmoud Vaezi and Novak are to co-chair the meeting.
As a subsection of the 13th Iran-Russia Joint Economic Committee meeting, the first Iran-Russia Joint Energy Committee meeting is due to be held in Tehran on December 12. 
It will be the first joint energy committee meeting which aims to boost cooperation in this sphere. As reported, the energy committee will be chaired by Iran's Deputy Oil Minister Amir-Hossein Zamaninia and Russian Deputy Energy Minister.
