TEHRAN – The president of the Central Bank of Iran on Tuesday slammed the Western parties for their failure to fully implement the nuclear deal, officially called the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Tasnim reported.

In a meeting in Tehran with Brigitte Zypries, parliamentary state secretary at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, Valiollah Seif underlined that in the nuclear talks it was agreed that the grounds be provided for Iran’s full return to pre-sanctions conditions.
