107 days of good air quality in Tehran since March

TEHRAN — Tehran has experienced 107 days of good air quality over the past 135 days since the beginning of the current Iranian calendar year (March 20), IRIB reported on Monday.

The 135 days are including 11 days of excellent air quality, 107 days of good air quality and 17 days of lightly polluted air with the likelihood of causing discomfort for sensitive groups, Tehran’s air quality control company spokeswoman said.

There hasn’t been any days of excellent air quality in Tehran so far in summer but 34 days of good air quality and 8 days of lightly pollution, Leila Nazari explained.
