Shokrian was removed from his post due to negligence and his failure to properly supervise the performance of his personnel.
Ahmadi-Moqaddam said on November 27 that it can be regarded as an act of negligence that Beheshti was prescribed sedative drugs by the prison’s health center and when he was handed over to Iran’s Cyber Police, he was not allowed to take them because the necessary prescription and the permit to take them were not available at the time.
He also stated that another act of negligence can be that he was kept at an administrative section and if he had been held at the detention center, monitoring cameras would have recorded the incidents there.
