Vladimir Pavlov, Atomstroyexport’s deputy director responsible for constructing power plants in Iran and Turkey, told RIA Novosti news agency that the Bushehr nuclear power plant had originally been scheduled to be transferred to Iranian technicians for operation by late December but it will take place in late March 2013.
