TEHRAN – Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ramin Mehmanparast said on Wednesday that Iran has always been opposed to any act of terrorism but Britain is supporter of state terrorism.
Mehmanparast made the remarks in response to the claims by British Prime Minister David Cameron that Iran had been behind the bomb attack on a bus carrying Israeli tourists at a Bulgarian airport on July 18 that killed seven and wounded dozens.
Mehmanparast said the claims are indicative of the fact that Britain’s foreign policy toward Iran is still hostile.
