Para taekwondo athlete Jami secures place at 2024 Paralympics

TEHRAN – Aylar Jami of Iran secured her place in Para taekwondo of the 2024 Paralympic Games.

She defeated her Indian rival in the W-52kg final and claimed a spot in the Paralympics.

Iranian Para taekwondo athletes have previously secured five quota spots for the 2024 Paralympic Games.

The Asian Qualification Tournament was held in Tai’an, China.
