TEHRAN – Iran’s Institute for announced on Saturday that it has published Chinese children’s book writer Tang Sulan’s “The Red Shoe” in Persian. 

Ali Khakbazan is the translator of the book, which has been illustrated by Wang Ke. 

The IIDCYA has previously acquired the copyright to the book from China’s Hunan Juvenile and Children Publishing House.

The book tells the story of a sad and lonely red shoe. While all the other shoes have partners, this one is alone. It longs to find its perfect match and experience the joy of companionship. With determination and hope, the red shoe sets off to find its missing partner. Along the way, the shoe meets a little mouse, and the two become unlikely companions in the otherwise solitary red shoe's journey, overcoming obstacles together through their adventure.
