Kazakh fleet visits Iran’s port in Caspian Sea

TEHRAN – Kazakhstan’s naval fleet has anchored in the port city of Anzali in northern Iran, ISNA reported on Wednesday.

The fleet berthed on the Caspian Sea shores in Gilan Province.

It came as the first peace and friendship flotilla from Kazakhstan to Iran.

Kazakh Captain Niyaz Bekov met Iran's Northern Fleet Commander Rear Admiral Ahmad Reza Baqeri upon arriving in Anzali Port.
