TEHRAN – Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, the secretary general of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement, has met with Grand Ayatollah Hossein Noori-Hamedani upon the latter’s arrival in Lebanon, IRIB news reported on Friday.

Nasrallah referred to the grand ayatollah’s visit as a blessed and memorable trip, saying the resistance movement will never forget his support.

The Hezbollah chief also hailed Iran, Imam Khomeini – founder of the Islamic Republic - and Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei for their crucial role in promoting the resistance movement in Lebanon. He also thanked the Iranian nation for their solidarity with the Lebanese people.
