TEHRAN- According to the CEO of Iran Water Resources Management Company Mohammad Hajrasooliha, some 50 dams will be completed and inaugurated in Iran by the end of current Iranian calendar year (March 20, 2017), which also marks the end of country’s Fifth Five-Year National Development Plan, IRNA reported.

As the official added, this is the 10th year that Iran is coping with water scarcity and the country has not experienced a similar situation in its history.
