Bonyad Mostazafan allocates $160m to underdeveloped areas

TEHRAN – The Islamic Republic’s Bonyad Mostazafan (foundation for the oppressed) has allocated a budget of 5 trillion rials (nearly $160 million) to go into development projects at underdeveloped areas.
Announcing the news, Mohammad Saeedikia, director of the foundation, said on Saturday the body is in close cooperation with the Social Security Organization, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health, and many other ministries and organizations to make its help reach the population that need it, Khorassan newspaper reported.
