July 26, 2016 - 8:17

Head coach of Greco-Roman national team Mohammad Bana says that the Iranian wrestlers will shine at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Under guidance of Bana, Iran's Greco-Roman team won three gold medals in the London 2012.
The coach says that his men are well-prepared to shine in Rio once again.
“Thank God, we are mentally and physically ready for the event. I am satisfied with all my wrestlers and enjoy themselves,” Bana told ISNA news agency.
“We’re doing our best to get positive results in Rio and I wish the freestylers all the best as well. Our weightlifters and taekwondo players could also shine in the event,” he added.
Mohammad Bana believes that the Iranian wrestlers will have an uphill task in Rio.
“In each category, a total of world’s 20 top wrestlers will battle for the victory. We will analyze our rivals very well but winning the medal depends on your wrestlers are in their best form in the competition,” he stated.

“I have six brave wrestlers in Olympics who can shine in the Olympics. I believe that we have a really good chance of winning medal in Rio,” Bana concluded.
