Brooklyn festival to screen Iranian movies

TEHRAN – Three Iranian movies will go on screen in various sections of the Brooklyn Film Festival, which will be held in the Borough of Brooklyn in New York City from June 3 to 12.
The movies are Majid Esmaili-Parsa’s feature “Helmsman”, Behzad Molud’s “Tomorrow after Yesterday” and Sarah Tabibzadeh’s animated movie “From the Eastern Lands”.
Award-winning films from the Brooklyn Film Festival will be nominated and awarded at both the British Academy Awards (BAFTAs) and at the American Academy Awards.
